As a Sr. AI Software Engineer on the Global Marketing and Digital Enablement team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing innovative solutions to address both immediate and long‑term information technology needs. This includes working with new and existing applications, systems, databases, and infrastructure. You will play a key role in creating and deploying autonomous AI systems, partnering with cross‑functional squads, supporting the Build‑Operate‑Transfer process, and helping scale responsible AI solutions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting system requirements, analyzing business processes, and coding, testing, debugging, and implementing robust software solutions. This role is well suited for engineers with strong software fundamentals passionate about solving complex problems, building reliable systems, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to the standards and practices that shape the next generation of software engineering at T. Rowe Price.
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
