Job summary

Ronin Consulting in Nashville seeks a senior engineer to lead design and production deployment of enterprise Generative AI systems, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, grounding pipelines, vector stores, and safety controls.

You will build full-stack cloud applications and data pipelines, mentor engineers, and communicate with healthcare and business stakeholders on complex AI initiatives. Local on-site role with strong CI/CD, cloud-native development, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production-scale Generative AI delivery.
• Hands-on enterprise AI cloud platform experience.

Lead the design and production deployment of enterprise Generative AI systems, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, grounding pipelines, vector stores, evaluation, and safety controls. Build and integrate full-stack cloud applications and data pipelines, while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and clear communication with healthcare and business stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, production-scale Generative AI delivery, hands-on expertise with an enterprise AI cloud platform, and deep experience with RAG, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and agentic workflows. Candidates must be local to Nashville and available on-site, with full-stack and cloud-native development experience, CI/CD knowledge, enterprise integrations, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
