When you join BW Design Group as a Sr. AEC Recruiter, you will work with industry experts to solve complex problems for leading companies. This role involves partnering with leaders, specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions with consistency and accuracy.

This position is onsite at one of our office locations in St. Louis, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Pasadena, CA; Boxborough, MA; King of Prussia, PA; Portland, OR; Concord, NH; or Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must be willing to work at one of these locations.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the recruiting process for AEC positions, including job description customization, requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and pre-boarding.
2. Partner with executive leadership to guide hiring decisions.
3. Track and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
4. Lead calls and meetings with AEC leaders to influence recruiting processes.
5. Report on recruitment performance metrics.
6. Provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders and candidates.
7. Maintain accurate records in Workday.
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome.
9. Manage multiple recruiting projects with minimal supervision.
10. Make an impactful contribution through your skills and relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in an ENR-ranked AEC firm.
• Experience as an in-office corporate recruiter.
• Proven ability to network and hire senior AEC leaders, including Directors, VPs, and Principals.
• Experience sourcing licensed architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Strong understanding of AEC organizational structures and technical competencies.
• Market analysis skills, including industry trend research and competitor monitoring.
• Experience working with executive leadership on hiring strategies.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS, and online sourcing resources.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
