Phillips 66 is seeking a Sr. Advisor II, Labor & Employee Relations to support the Sweeny Refinery. You will lead labor relations, advise leaders on discipline and policy interpretation, and resolve complex issues affecting morale and productivity.
You’ll investigate concerns, coordinate agency responses, draft grievance actions, and build strong labor-management partnerships while aligning HR activities with regional goals.
As a Sr. Advisor II, Labor & Employee Relations, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert supporting the Sweeny Refinery. This role offers the opportunity to shape effective labor and employee relations practices, partner with leaders and employee representatives, and help strengthen business performance through sound, consistent people strategies.
This position has a base salary range of $160,200-$195,800.
