Job summary

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) is seeking an administrative professional to support Facilities, Maintenance, EHS and Capital Projects.

Under limited supervision you will perform standard and advanced duties, serving as a liaison between facility personnel, vendors, finance, leadership and external service providers. This role reports to the Facility Manager and requires strong organizational skills, CMMS knowledge, purchasing, invoicing and records management, plus the ability to

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2 years post secondary education in Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in office administration / Customer Service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of CMMS and procurement processes.
  • Experience with invoicing and records management.
  • Understanding of EHS documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/Zoom).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Occupational Summary: The person in this position shall work under limited supervision, and on their own initiative. This person shall perform standard and advanced administrative duties to assist managerial, technical and professional staff, and other personnel within the area of assignment.


Specifically, this person shall perform comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support for the Facilities, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Capital Projects functions. This position serves as a key liaison between Facility personnel, vendors, finance, leadership, and external service providers to ensure efficient facility operations, regulatory compliance, accurate recordkeeping, and effective communication across the organization. This person will report to the Facility Manager.

Job Skills
