Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ad Operations professional to own the day-to-day management of UCAN ad campaigns. You will oversee readiness, launch, monitoring, pacing, billing and reconciliation across Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deals.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales and Ad Ops Solutions to ensure campaigns activate accurately and deliver results, while analyzing data to drive revenue growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management.
  • Fluent in English; additional market language as applicable.
  • Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management: trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, billing and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.
  • Proficient with CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, task management and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in UCAN market.

  • Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive workflow enhancements.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.
  • Support rollout of new tools, automation and best practices.
  • Ensure timely campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and load balancing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and internal process updates.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in your UCAN market, including overseeing campaign, readiness and launch while monitoring, pacing, identifying optimization opportunities and managing billing, and reconciliation across Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops Solutions, and vendors to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating to Ad Ops Solutions for Troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Analyze campaign data at Market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.
  • Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with Ad Ops Solutions teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering teams.
  • Fluent in English and [Additional market language when applicable] skills are a must.
  • Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP deal types.
  • Proficient with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, DSPs, Ad Servers, task management, and reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and business audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

The range for this role is $150,000.00 - $210,000.00.

Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
