Job summary

Infini-tek in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to ensure the integrity of our financial information. The ideal candidate will manage complex daily accounting tasks, prepare accurate financial statements, and lead month-end close processes.

You will assist with audits and tax requirements, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and work with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and SAP to ensure intercompany and international accounting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts, bank statements, and the general ledger.
• Ensure GAAP compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate statutory filings, VAT/GST compliance, and foreign currency conversions.
• Manage the intercompany lifecycle to ensure zero imbalance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Prepare schedules for external audits and assist tax reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procedures and improve controls.
