Betterment's Controller team safeguards the financial health of our business through detailed analysis, accurate financial reporting, and strategic financial guidance. This role is based in our NYC office and collaborates with accounting leadership to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $130,000, with potential for a company incentive bonus.

In this role, you will join our tight-knit finance team and work directly with accounting leadership.
This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment’s total compensation package for employees.
This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
