Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Senior Accountant based in Irvine, CA to support month-end close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and reporting in accordance with US GAAP. You will analyze variances, drive process improvements and ensure control compliance across multiple brands and ERP systems.

The role reports to the Global Accounting Manager and requires on-site presence at least 4 days per week in Irvine. 5+ years of accounting experience and CPA/ MBA are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or NetSuite required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and close documentation.

Job DescriptionThe Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting accounting activities for of all Revelyst’s brands. This role plays a key part in the monthly close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast paced multi-brand environment.This position reports to the Global Accounting Manager , and based in our Irvine, California office.As the Senior Accountant, you will have an opportunity to:Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and documentation in support of the month end close.Analyze financial results and investigate variances to forecast or trendsSupport improvements and standardization to the close processContribute to consistent application of accounting guidance and company accounting policies across all brands.
