Role Overview...

The Senior Account Manager, Client Success independently owns and grows a portfolio of client partnerships across varying sizes and levels of complexity within Centerfield’s Home Services division, including larger or more strategically complex accounts. This role serves as the primary client contact and internal account resource, building trusted relationships, understanding performance drivers, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand each partnership.

Senior Account Managers are expected to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and accountability in managing their accounts, leading client communication, and coordinating internal teams to move initiatives forward. They maintain a comprehensive understanding of their programs, reporting processes, and outstanding priorities, proactively navigating complex challenges and engaging the Client Success Leadership Team for strategic alignment, significant escalations, or additional support as needed.

Core Responsibilities...
  • Own the day-to-day management, performance, and growth of an assigned portfolio of client accounts, including more complex or strategically significant partnerships, serving as the primary client contact and central point of coordination for internal teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, objectives, and programs, proactively identifying and prioritizing opportunities to optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall account health.
  • Identify, develop, and pitch incremental growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling Centerfield products and services, expanding existing programs, and introducing new solutions aligned with client needs and long-term partnership objectives.
  • Drive achievement of annual account revenue targets through proactive account management, strategic growth initiatives, and effective development and execution of client-specific business plans.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across client stakeholders, including senior-level contacts, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and partnership objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of account activity across Media, Sales, Product, Design, and other internal teams to proactively identify factors affecting performance and client experience.
  • Own the development, tracking, and achievement of client program KPIs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and deliverables to drive performance against established objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead regular client meetings, including weekly or biweekly discussions as appropriate, to review KPIs, discuss objectives, recommend strategic opportunities, and address outstanding priorities.
  • Analyze performance trends, investigate and identify underlying drivers, and translate insights into clear client-facing explanations, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps
  • Lead internal meetings to coordinate client projects and initiatives, translate client requests into clear requirements, align stakeholders on objectives and timelines, resolve competing priorities, and proactively drive execution.
  • Maintain strong proficiency in internal systems and processes to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolution with internal teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and executive sponsors to align on client priorities, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives, providing informed recommendations and account-level insights as needed.
  • Actively manage and track all tasks and projects, ensuring accurate documentation of objectives, deliverables, timelines, and progress while providing clear direction, anticipating obstacles, and driving timely execution.
  • Manage the client review and approval process for offer updates, creative assets, and digital content, coordinating feedback with internal teams, tracking outstanding approvals, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Lead the resolution of complex client requests and escalated issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders, exercising independent judgment, and driving timely and effective outcomes.
  • Exercise sound judgment in evaluating requests, balancing competing priorities, and constructively challenging clients or internal stakeholders when appropriate, with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex situations independently.
  • Develop presentation materials and confidently present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities during client partnership meetings.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, including program details, reporting processes, client directives, outstanding requests, and key contacts.
  • Consistently show up like a Centerfielder by embodying company values in everyday interactions, decision-making, and collaboration.
  • Continuously evolve yourself, your team, and the business by embracing learning, innovation, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements...
