Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, sell, and close new clients nationwide
  • Target manufacturers shipping small parcels, LTL, or truckload
  • Develop and manage a growing sales pipeline

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $85K–$116K plus uncapped commissions and residuals
  • At $2M in sales: Total compensation $125K–$150K
  • At $5M in sales: Total compensation $185K–$215K
  • At $10M in sales: Total compensation $285K–$315K
  • Full benefits including health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% match
  • Home office setup and company credit card for client visits
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in logistics, SaaS logistics, or related services, or experience selling services to manufacturing
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business with measurable success
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
