Amazon Robotics RMTO seeks a Manufacturing Services Manager to own external provider performance and optimize space and inventory between inbound supply and manufacturing consumption. You’ll govern SLAs, drive improvements, and lead strategic projects to scale 3PL/3PA capacity ahead of demand.
You will oversee capacity planning, space utilization, and reporting while partnering with manufacturing teams to align with portfolio growth and new programs.

The Robotics Manufacturing & Technical Operations (RMTO) organization is Amazon Robotics' manufacturing arm for industrial robotics. We manufacture high-quality robotics — including autonomous mobile robots, robotic arms, and sortation systems — for fulfillment and transportation centers across Amazon's global network. Our operation works cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams to deliver products that directly enable Amazon's customer promise.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
