Job summary

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a SQL/Tableau Developer to build and maintain production dashboards and reporting products relied upon by federal stakeholders. You will author SQL against PostgreSQL and Python against a Databricks environment, owning shared data sources for consistent numbers.

• Three-plus years building and maintaining production Tableau content.
• Strong SQL, including query authoring and tuning against a relational platform.
• Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience supporting recurring reporting on a fixed schedule where deadlines do not move.
• Version control discipline, GitLab or equivalent.
• Build and maintain production dashboards in Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
• Author and tune SQL queries against a PostgreSQL relational platform.
• Write Python for data processing and automation against a Databricks environment.
• Maintain shared, certified data sources so dashboards and published reports stay consistent with one another.
• Support recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting products against a fixed morning delivery window.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests received daily
• Contribute to automated data validation, including row counts, variable and schema checks, and reconciliation against authoritative reference data
• Train federal staff to use the dashboards
• Maintain version control discipline using GitLab or equivalent
