Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server administration experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of backup/restore, recovery models, and operational monitoring.
• Experience with performance diagnostics such as wait stats and query plan analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Implement and maintain high availability and performance practices.
• Monitor and tune server and database performance.
