Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical business analysis or data-focused QA.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregation, and set comparisons.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into specs and acceptance criteria.
• Data-centric validation experience with reports, ETL/data pipelines, or migrations.
• Experience preparing test datasets and coordinating UAT.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and map current and future workflows.
• Trace data, interfaces, SQL logic, and reports with developers.
• Reconcile replacement outputs and investigate diffs.
• Prepare test data and repeatable checks for validation.
• Validate reports and interfaces against requirements.
