Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a SQL Development Lead to join its integrations team in a hybrid role based in the US. The role focuses on building and owning data pipelines that connect internal platforms, client systems and third-party applications.

You'll lead hands-on development, provide technical direction and mentorship, and guide data movement across transactional systems, data warehouses and integration pipelines. Strong expertise in SQL Server and modern data stack is required.

I'm working with a growing financial technology business looking for a SQL Development Lead to join its integrations team.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and owning the data pipelines that connect internal platforms, client systems and third-party applications.

They're looking for someone strong across:

• Advanced T-SQL / SQL Server
• Data Warehouses & Data Lakes
• High-volume transactional / OLTP systems
• Integrations and data pipelines
• Databricks / Snowflake exposure is a plus

You'll provide technical direction and mentorship while remaining hands-on with development. The position could also suit a strong senior IC ready to take on greater technical ownership.

Hybrid, with the first ~90 days onsite
