South Geeks LLC is seeking a data engineer to design and optimize SQL queries, build robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and maintain data warehouse processes.

You will analyze execution plans, implement data quality checks, and troubleshoot data discrepancies while collaborating with analysts and business users across a 100% remote environment in the United States.

Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks is preferred, along with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Formación

• 3+ years of complex SQL including joins, CTEs and window functions.
• 3+ years developing ETL processes for a data warehouse.
• Cloud data warehouse experience, preferably Snowflake or Databricks.
• ETL tool experience such as Databricks, Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
