Job summary

Anblicks Inc. is seeking a skilled data/API engineer to optimize SQL Server OLTP schemas, implement robust REST APIs, and leverage Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage for scalable data flows.

You will work on high-concurrency, production environments, optimize stored procedures, and drive ETL migrations using SSIS or comparable tools, collaborating with backend teams to deliver reliable data services.

Qualifications

• SQL Server and relational database design for OLTP systems: normalization, indexing, transactions, isolation levels.
• REST API design and consumption for data read/write operations.
• Azure services: Azure SQL Database, API Management, Azure Blob Storage.
• Experience with high-concurrency, production transactional data.
• Writing and optimizing SQL stored procedures for transactional systems.
• SSIS or similar ETL tools for data migration/integration tasks.
• ETL development for batch sync or migration needs.
• Understanding of concurrency, caching, request handling, and service scalability.
• Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate data layers into services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with SSIS or similar tools for data migration/integration tasks.
• Working knowledge of ETL development for occasional batch sync or migration needs.
• Understanding of system design fundamentals: concurrency, caching, request handling, and service scalability.
