Three or more years of professional experience with SQL and relational database systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including complex joins, stored procedures, views, and data manipulation scripts.
Experience with large datasets, data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Understanding of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, translate business requirements into SQL solutions, and communicate findings clearly.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise case management systems or large transactional applications.
Data migration or legacy system modernization experience.
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power BI, data warehousing, or reporting solutions.
Experience troubleshooting application integrations and data interfaces and working with software vendors.
Familiarity with judicial, criminal justice, or government information systems and handling sensitive data.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and database security best practices.
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts.
Analyze relational database structures and relationships among tables and data elements.
Extract, transform, and validate data; troubleshoot discrepancies and database-related application issues.
Assist with database documentation, data mapping, and technical specifications.
