Job summary

United Global Technologies is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Web Application Development team for ongoing Economic Services Re-Engineering and Refugee Management System projects. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week in Columbia, SC) with potential shift to fully onsite on short notice.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in .Net, 5+ years with SQL-driven apps, 5+ years in web-based systems with N-tier architectures and security, and 2+ years with Angular.

We seek a highly motivated individual who has the skills for the software development to be part of the Web Application Development team to continue the delivery the new Economic Services Re-Engineering projects, and Refugee Management System.

Interview Process: 2 rounds, 1st round will be via Teams, the 2nd round will be In-Person. Candidates should expect to be onsite with very little notice for the 2nd round interview.

Role is hybrid (3 days onsite per week) - subject to change to fully onsite with little to no notice

Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems and components using .Net architectures.
• 5+ years experience developing data-driven applications utilizing SQL database as part of the overall application architecture.
• 5+ years experience building web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations
• 2+ years of experience with Angular
