Job summary

PRA Group, a diverse and growing company, is seeking an IT Product and Process Quality Analyst to support the letter process, audits, and reporting. The role involves SQL development, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure error-free product delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT quality and SQL-driven reporting, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an Analyst with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex joins and table creation used for audits, reports, and ad hoc tasks.
• Advanced Excel with V-Lookups; intermediate Power BI skills.
• 4+ years of IT Product and Process Quality experience preferred (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Able to prioritize assignments and multitask under minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Creates, modifies, and runs intermediate to advanced SQL queries for audits, daily reports, and ad hoc tasks.
• Responsible for processing the daily letter file and ensuring all letters are sent to customers; ensure processes meet audit standards.
• Submits new or existing letter drafts for approval by General Counsel and Compliance.
• Interacts with business partners at all levels; maintain regulatory/compliance standards and coordinate with IT and Application Development.
• Acts as liaison for IT development teams, collaborating with Product Management.
• Updates procedure documentation and collaborates to improve performance and compliance.
• May assist with on-the-job training within the department.
• Plan and implement quality programs to ensure information systems meet end-user requirements.
