Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Data Analyst- Learning Nucleus Administrator to develop, modify, and support SQL-based reports for internal and external customers. The role also supports LMS administration operations and helps ensure timely reporting and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include creating reports via SQL Server Reporting Services, training users, handling ad-hoc analyses, and coordinating with federal or contractor personnel to fulfill reporting requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a minimum of 4 years related work experience.
• Microsoft SQL Server database certifications.
• Experience creating reports from a Data Warehouse.
• Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must.
• Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual.
• Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, maintains, and supports custom reports using SQL (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services).
• Retrieves, organizes, interprets data and analyzes results.
• Assists with review and consolidation of existing reports.
• Train users in the operation and scheduling of reports.
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses.
• Manages incoming data including preparation for bulk upload.
• Coordinates with Federal or contractor personnel to capture reporting requests.
• Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and escalation issues to Learning Nucleus Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department.
• Other duties as assigned
