Job summary

Joblogic, a UK-based FSM software leader, seeks a data/reporting specialist to build SQL reports, dashboards, and forms for service contractors. You’ll collaborate across teams to meet customer specs, import data in bulk, and resolve issues within an Agile cycle.

Strong SQL, data visualization, and communication are essential; exposure to Jira/Azure DevOps is a plus. Remote-friendly with rotating shifts and growth in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 2+ years in software solutions, preferably service management.
• Strong SQL and relational DB experience.
• Experience with data visualization and custom outputs.

Responsibilities

• Write and test custom reports and data sources using SQL.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and interactive outputs.
• Design electronic forms from customer requirements.
• Validate customer data and import in bulk via templates.
• Investigate bugs and contribute to iterative development.
• Document work and communicate with customers clearly.
• Coordinate with teams to meet SLAs and deliver solutions.
