Job summary

Nayax is hiring a SQA Automation Team Lead in California to drive automation across web and API testing, transforming manual tests into scalable automated suites. You will lead the automation practice, mentor engineers, and champion AI-enhanced QA to improve speed and coverage.

Role requires technical leadership, hands-on automation, and collaboration with Development, Product, and Support to ensure high-quality releases and robust CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Strong automation fundamentals — great framework design for web and API with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Convert documented manual tests into reliable automated coverage.
• Design, build, and maintain the automated test framework for web and API.
• Develop and maintain functional, regression, and API test suites.
• Validate test data via database queries and backend checks.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and support cross-browser testing.
