Job summary

Priority Dispatch, Inc. in Independence, OH is seeking a Driver - Sprinter Van Owner/Operator with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). You will run routes within a 350-mile radius, ensuring timely flower deliveries to retail locations while delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation includes commission pay and competitive rates. Ideal candidate has a valid license, insurance, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid insurance and current vehicle registration.
• Previous experience driving cargo van or similar vehicle preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Sprinter van to pick up and deliver cargo on assigned routes.
• Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow scheduled routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
