Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking reliable Non-CDL Van Drivers to transport goods across assigned routes in Massachusetts, operating Sprinter Vans and delivering with safety and courtesy.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am until last delivery, with a pay rate of $17 per hour. Requirements include a valid Non-CDL license, minimum age 22, at least 1 year of van driving, the ability to load/unload, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• 1 year van driving experience preferred.
• Ability to load and unload vehicle.
• Proficient at backing.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate Sprinter Vans.

Schedule:

M-F (7am til last delivery)

Pay Rate:

$17/hr

Duties

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
• Navigate assigned routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and any incidents that may occur during transport.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements

• 1 year of van driving experience preferred

• Must be proficient at backing
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 36 months
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
