Job summary

A well-respected freight carrier in Texas is seeking owner-operators to join their team. The role offers flexible scheduling, the ability to choose loads, and a commitment to transparent communication. Candidates must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or a Small Straight Truck, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license, along with the necessary commercial insurance. This position allows for negotiation of rates and provides support for operational needs on a 24/7 basis.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate flexible rates based on load, location, and customer.
• Build your own schedule and choose your loads.
• Maintain transparent communication with the office.

• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
