HIRING NON‑TSA DRIVERS

Off Max Logistics LLC is a driver‑oriented company dedicated to supporting professionals who spend most of their time on the road. We value drivers for their critical contribution to the economy and are seeking owner‑operators with a cargo van or sprinter van who are motivated, reliable, and looking for high‑paying, flexible work. Loads are paid daily—$1,000.00 to $3,000.00 per week—with no exclusivity required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter Van or Cargo Van under 10,000 lbs GVWR (14 ft and below); leases and rentals not permitted
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean driving record (preferable)
• Pass a background check and meet all legal qualifications required for the work
• At least 21 years old
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
• Insurance policy (required)
• Decent and safe work history

• Vehicle: Cargo Van or Sprinter Van
• Model year 2010 or newer
• Clean cargo space
• No decals or undesirable markings
• Good overall condition of equipment
