Job summary

Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is seeking independent contractor drivers who own a Cargo/Sprinter Van (under 10,000 lbs gross) to haul interstate freight.

You will build your schedule, choose local, regional, or OTR loads, and receive weekly pay via ACH; rates are negotiated based on load and location, with no hidden fees.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor transporting loads.
• Negotiate rates based on load, location and customer.
• Build your own schedule and choose loads (local, regional, or OTR).

Minimum Qualifications

• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
