Qualifications

Role Description

The Sprinter Van / Box Truck Owner Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Owner-operators will use their own Sprinter van or box truck to pick up and deliver packages, freight, and commercial goods within assigned routes and time windows. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading cargo, verifying delivery documentation, following route plans, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and operations staff. The role requires careful handling of goods, adherence to safety and traffic regulations, and accurate completion of delivery records and mobile app updates. Owner-operators are also responsible for keeping their vehicles in good working condition and presenting a professional, courteous image to customers at each stop.

• Possession of a reliable, well-maintained Sprinter van or box truck suitable for local and regional deliveries.
• Strong route planning, time management, and basic navigation skills using GPS and mobile apps.

• Clear communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members, and for documenting deliveries accurately.
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and familiarity with local traffic laws and safety procedures.
