Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as automotive, diesel, fleet, or Mercedes-Benz technician.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Experience with diesel engines; Mercedes-Benz certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs.
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Are you a experienced technician with experience in diesel engines, commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance, or Mercedes-Benz service? We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to join a dealership team with the latest equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and a pipeline of Sprinter van business.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently

• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Bring:

• 2 or more years experience as an automotive, diesel, fleet, commercial vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
• Experience with diesel engines
• Mercedes-Benz certifications
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
