Rates: Sprinters long miles: $0.85–$1.35/mi; long miles in bad areas: $0.85–$1.10/mi; Canada Sprinters: $1.25–$1.55/mi. Payment: 3–5 business days, quick pay 3%. Days: Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and have vehicle in good condition.
• Must be US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization.
• Drivers/owner-operators must be at least 21 years old.
• Must read and understand basic English; Russian speakers welcome.
• Must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept loads.
• We do not hire company drivers; this is an independent contractor arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads via our dispatchers and operate under a written IC agreement.
• Negotiate competitive rates and maintain driver communications.
