VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER seeks Sprinter and Cargo Van owner‑operators to provide independent contract delivery services. We offer competitive rates and a large volume of loads.

Competitive Rates

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $1.05–$1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.90–$1.10 per mile. Canada – Sprinters: $1.25–$1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads: we ask what types of loads you prefer and only offer applicable loads.
• Payment: 3–5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Operating days: Monday‑Friday.

Basic Requirements

• You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• You must be a U.S. citizen, resident, green‑card holder, or authorized to work.
• You and all drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• English proficiency is required; Russian speakers are also hired.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting loads.

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. Applicants must execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner‑operator.

Vehicle Requirements

• Sprinter must not be older than 2016.
• Vehicle must have a minimum of four straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• Inform us before making changes to the vehicle and provide registration and insurance.
• Minimum driving experience of six months.

Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and above, depending on vehicle, workload, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC status.
