Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators to join our independent contractor fleet in the Philadelphia area. You will operate under written IC terms and negotiate competitive rates with our dispatchers.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the US, and read and speak basic English. Vehicles must meet safety standards; driving experience and proper PPE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van) ownership required.
• Be legally eligible to work in the US (citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization).
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking ability.
• No company driver hiring; role is owner-operator under an IC agreement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Sprinter or Cargo Van under written independent contractor terms.
• Negotiate competitive rates with dispatchers.

We are hiring Sprinter / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

Basic Requirements:

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals should be removed.
• Driving experience of 6 months.
