Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators in the Madison area under an independent contractor agreement. You’ll receive a large number of loads and can negotiate rates with dispatchers.

Payments are typically 3–5 business days with a 3% quick pay option, and workdays are Monday through Friday. Drivers must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be at least 21, and have basic English; Russian language is also welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Accept payments with terms of 3–5 business days; quick pay option at 3%.
• Operate primarily Monday–Friday.

Job description

We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company, VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work under an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience - thus more than enough broker contacts.

Competitive rates

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads. We ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way, saving a lot of time for you.
• Payment: 3-5 business days; quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday-Friday.

Basic Requirements

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Vehicle Requirements

• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals should be removed.
• If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle.
• Driving experience of 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
