Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators to partner under an independent contract agreement. We offer competitive rates and flexible dispatch with room to negotiate.

Applicants must own a Sprinter/Cargo Van, be 21+, legally eligible to work in the US, and able to read and speak English; Russian speakers are welcome. Drivers must be approved to accept loads from us.

• Accept loads from VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER and negotiate rates with dispatchers.
• Ensure vehicle compliance and safety requirements per company policy.

We are hiring Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience - thus more than enough broker contacts.

Competitive Rates:

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads. We ask you in details what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you.
• Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday-Friday.

Basic Requirements:

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van).
• Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals should be removed.
• If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle.
• Driving experience of 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
