Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking Sprinters and Cargo Van owner-operators for an independent contractor agreement. The company offers a large number of loads, experienced dispatchers, and competitive rates per mile.

Rates range from $0.85 to $1.35 per mile for Sprinters, with Canada rates at $1.25 to $1.55 per mile. Typical payment is 3–5 business days, and there is a preference for drivers who can read and speak English; Russian speakers are welcome.

We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work under an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience - thus more than enough broker contacts.

Competitive Rates:

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads. We ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you.
• Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday-Friday.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals should be removed.
• If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send the registration and insurance for the vehicle.
• Driving experience of 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 or more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
