As a Sprinkler Service Technician, you will respond to service calls, diagnose equipment and system issues, and perform service and repairs on sprinkler and fire suppression systems across commercial, industrial, and residential applications. This hands-on role requires technical troubleshooting, strong customer communication, and a commitment to safe, accurate, and timely field service.
Take ownership of each service call from first contact through completion, with accountability, safety, and integrity in every step. Stay close to the work by listening carefully to customers, confirming the issue quickly, and removing obstacles to restore service. Use manuals, field notes, and system feedback to troubleshoot methodically and improve the quality of every repair. Work as one team with the Service Resource Center, district staff, and customers to deliver a smooth and professional experience. Document work accurately, follow procedures consistently, and keep learning from each job to improve every day.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Capability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs. Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, and working in ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements. Strong customer service skills and a professional customer-first attitude. Ability to maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs. Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.42-$29.14 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
