We are seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Responsibilities

1. Handle service calls and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions.
2. Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
3. Follow troubleshooting procedures using technical manuals and schematics.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
5. Maintain excellent customer service and complete service acknowledgements electronically.
6. Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Physical capability to carry equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, participate in on-call schedules, and travel occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Knowledge of fire pumps, testing, and safety procedures.
