Job summary

The Hiller Companies is seeking a Sprinkler Helper to join our Birmingham area team. You will support Foreman and Fitters with installation, inspection, maintenance and service tasks, while delivering strong customer service on site.

Responsibilities include preparing and cleaning work areas, loading and unloading materials, assisting with equipment setup, and helping crew members throughout installation and service projects. No prior lead role required; training provided.

Job Summary: Sprinkler Helpers are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting Foreman & Fitters with tasks related to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of assigned systems.
