As a Breakfast Attendant at Springhill Suites by Marriott, you ensure guests start their day with a healthy breakfast from our complimentary breakfast bar. You will prepare and set up the bar, maintain cleanliness, monitor the dining area during meal periods, replenish supplies, and manage inventory. Your work contributes to a memorable stay experience for guests in the Carolinas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean the breakfast bar, ensuring all serving equipment is in working condition.
• Prepare daily selections of hot and cold breakfast foods.
• Ensure food and beverage items are displayed in compliance with brand standards.
• Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during the meal period to maintain adequate food and supplies.
• Manage inventory of food and supplies, completing prep and waste logs.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or food service experience is a plus.

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
