Qualifications

  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation development skills.

The Executive Assistant (EA) operates as a trusted partner, enabling effective execution of the organizational priorities. The EA owns complex calendar orchestration, executive communications, and BTO and T&L governance cadence (e.g., talent reviews, workforce planning, leadership forums). This role coordinates cross-functional engagement with HR, business leaders, finance, legal, and regional talent teams. The EA synthesizes data and insights for executive reporting, prepares high-impact presentations, and manages sensitive people-related information with strict confidentiality.
