Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children and families. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes under BCBA supervision to implement tailored plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and pass a background check.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children with autism or developmental delays.

About the Role:
