Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master or PhD in biomedical, life sciences or related field with plans to graduate by fall 2028.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammalian cell culture, including iPSC-derived neuron and glia culture techniques.
• Execute standard molecular and biochemical assays including ELISA, MSD immunoassays, immunoprecipitation, Western blot, and RT-qPCR.
• Assist with in vivo mouse studies, including animal handling, dosing procedures, tissue collection, and sample processing.
• Follow established protocols with precision and scientific rigor, maintaining meticulous records.
• Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to experimental design discussions.
