Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC in Spring Lake, NC is seeking a frontline team member to deliver outstanding customer service, handle POS transactions, and support daily store operations.

You will assist with merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and collaborating with management to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale procedures is preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability and flexibility in scheduling.
• Ability to operate a mobile device for communication and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, lottery, and shift paperwork per PMG standards.
• Perform daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist with Sales Floor Merchandising and Stocking.
• Support exterior/interior cleaning and overall store maintenance.
• Communicate daily issues to Management and follow PMG safety policies.
• Collaborate with Management on assigned tasks and ensure respectful conduct.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements
