Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Spring Co-op to join the Machine Learning AI team within the Quantitative Pharmacology group. You will implement, develop and validate AI/ML models to support early drug development decisions by integrating structural, preclinical and clinical data.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s or PhD in STEM with Python and ML experience, and can relocate to work full‑time for six months.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in STEM.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at time of application.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the co‑op duration.
• Must relocate to Cambridge, MA and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration.
• Experience with Python and relevant libraries.
• Experience with Statistical/Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate data-based AI/ML models to aid drug discovery and development.
• Support critical decision making by interpreting preclinical and clinical data with QP team.
