Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics invites applications for a Senior Undergraduate Intern. The role offers hands-on experience with the Airport Division, inspections, and statewide planning, integrated into the spring semester in downtown Oklahoma City.

Required is strong academic standing in aviation, solid communication, and the ability to work 15–20 hours weekly, with parking provided. This part-time internship provides exposure to aero education, drones, and outreach

Qualifications

• 2.75 overall retention GPA or higher.
• 3.00 major (Aviation) retention GPA or higher.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate aviation-related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Airport Division with inspections and pavement inspections.
• Support statewide system planning and airport projects as needed.
• Participate in aero education, Advanced Air Mobility, outreach and events.
