Bowling Green City Schools is seeking a dependable Athletic Supervisor to oversee high school athletic events in the spring season at Bowling Green High School. The role includes facility prep, game operations, crowd control, officials’ needs, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities cover weather decisions, staffing needs, and ensuring safety for students, spectators, coaches, and staff. Evening/weekend hours and physical duties are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, coaches, officials and the public.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned high school athletic events during the spring season.
• Set up/tear down athletic facilities before/after contests.
• Manage cash and credit card gate operations.
• Monitor playing surfaces and related areas for contests.
• Maintain safety, order, and positive environment for all participants.
