Job summary

Jackson Thornton offers a spring 2028 internship designed to train accounting students through hands-on experience and mentorship. Interns gain real-world exposure across accounting projects, with in-office duties and structured development leading toward potential full-time opportunities.

Open to undergraduates or Masters in accounting, encouraged to pursue CPA licensure, with travel to clients as needed and 30 hours per week commitment.

Qualifications

• Actively seeking or have completed an accounting undergraduate or Masters degree.
• Completed Intermediate Accounting I & II at time of internship.
• Desire to obtain the CPA license.
• Available to travel to clients as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States after graduation.
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week in office.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting engagements under supervision and mentorship.
• Assist with hands-on project work across client engagements.
• Participate in training sessions, reviews, and networking events.
• Travel to client sites as needed during internships.
