Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP in Texas is seeking a Tax Intern to gain hands-on experience in public accounting. You will work across client engagements under multiple supervisors, applying accounting knowledge with Firm technology and shadowing tax professionals.

We welcome juniors or seniors in accredited accounting programs, with opportunities for professional development, training initiatives, and a supportive team environment focused on growth and client service.

• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

What you bring to the role:

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range: $30.00 -$40.00
